Abstract
We report a measurement of the time-dependent CP-asymmetry parameters and in color-suppressed decays, where is a , , or meson, and the decays to one of the CP eigenstates , , or . The data sample consists of decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy -factory at SLAC. The results are and , where the first error is statistical and the second is systematic.
