Nguyen's Tridents and the Classification of Semigraphical Translators for Mean Curvature Flow
David Hoffman, Francisco Martín, Brian White
We construct a one-parameter family of singly periodic translating solutions to mean curvature flow that converge as the period tends to to the union of a grim reaper surface a…
Weil Reciprocity Law and the Theorem of Residues
José M. Muñoz Porras, Francisco J. Plaza Martín
This paper shows how the Theorem of Residues (TR) and the Gelfand-Fuchs cocycle can be deduced in a simple way from the Weil Reciprocity Law (WRL). Indeed, if one understand WRL as…
Scherk-like Translators for Mean Curvature Flow
David Hoffman, Francisco Martín, Brian White
We prove existence and uniqueness for a two-parameter family of translators for mean curvature flow. We get additional examples by taking limits at the boundary of the parameter sp…
Families of minimal surfaces in foliated by arcs and their Jacobi fields
Leonor Ferrer, Francisco Martín, Rafe Mazzeo +1
This note provides some new perspectives and calculations regarding an interesting known family of minimal surfaces in . The surfaces in this family…
Notes on translating solitons for Mean Curvature Flow
David Hoffman, Tom Ilmanen, Francisco Martín +1
The purpose of these notes is to provide an introduction to those who want to learn more about translating solitons for the mean curvature flow in , particularly thos…
