Production of ${}_{\hat{I}}^6›$H and ${}_{\hat{I}}^7›$H with the (K${}_{stop}^{-}$,$\ddot{I}{€}^{+}$) reaction

Abstract

The production of neutron rich $\hat{I}›$-hypernuclei via the ($K_s^{-}top$,$\ddot{I}{€}^{+}$) reaction has been studied using data collected with the FINUDA spectrometer at the DA$\hat{I}¦$NE $\ddot{I}•$-factory (LNF). The analysis of the inclusive $\ddot{I}{€}^{+}$ momentum spectra is presented and an upper limit for the production of ${}_{\hat{I}}^6›$H and ${}_{\hat{I}}^7›$H from ${}^6$Li and ${}^7$Li, is assessed for the first time.
