Event Reconstruction in a Liquid Xenon Time Projection Chamber with an Optically-Open Field Cage
T. Stiegler, S. Sangiorgio, J. P. Brodsky +148
nEXO is a proposed tonne-scale neutrinoless double beta decay () experiment using liquid (LXe) in a Time Projection Chamber (TPC) to read out ionization and scin…
Improved Short-Baseline Neutrino Oscillation Search and Energy Spectrum Measurement with the PROSPECT Experiment at HFIR
M. Andriamirado, A. B. Balantekin, H. R. Band +61
We present a detailed report on sterile neutrino oscillation and U-235 antineutrino energy spectrum measurement results from the PROSPECT experiment at the highly enriched High Flu…
Note on arXiv:2005.05301, 'Preparation of the Neutrino-4 experiment on search for sterile neutrino and the obtained results of measurements'
H. Almazán, M. Andriamirado, A. B. Balantekin +79
We comment on the claimed observation [arXiv:arXiv:2005.05301] of sterile neutrino oscillations by the Neutrino-4 collaboration. Such a claim, which requires the existence of a new…
Nonfuel Antineutrino Contributions in the High Flux Isotope Reactor
A. B. Balantekin, H. R. Band, C. D. Bass +53
Reactor neutrino experiments have seen major improvements in precision in recent years. With the experimental uncertainties becoming lower than those from theory, carefully conside…
