First Scattered-Light Image of the Debris Disk around HD 131835 with the Gemini Planet Imager
Li-Wei Hung, Gaspard Duchêne, Pauline Arriaga +34
We present the first scattered-light image of the debris disk around HD 131835 in band using the Gemini Planet Imager. HD 131835 is a 15 Myr old A2IV star at a distance o…
Astrometric Confirmation and Preliminary Orbital Parameters of the Young Exoplanet 51 Eridani b with the Gemini Planet Imager
Robert J. De Rosa, Eric L. Nielsen, Sarah C. Blunt +47
We present new Gemini Planet Imager observations of the young exoplanet 51 Eridani b which provide further evidence that the companion is physically associated with 51 Eridani. Com…
Pictoris' inner disk in polarized light and new orbital parameters for Pictoris b
Maxwell A. Millar-Blanchaer, James R. Graham, Laurent Pueyo +54
We present -band observations of Pic with the Gemini Planet Imager's (GPI's) polarimetry mode that reveal the debris disk between ~0.3" (~6 AU) and ~1.7" (~33 AU), while sim…
Gemini Planet Imager Observations of the AU Microscopii Debris Disk: Asymmetries within One Arcsecond
Jason J. Wang, James R. Graham, Laurent Pueyo +42
We present Gemini Planet Imager (GPI) observations of AU Microscopii, a young M dwarf with an edge-on, dusty debris disk. Integral field spectroscopy and broadband imaging polarime…
