Evidence for -shifted Cooper quartets and few-mode transport in PbTe nanowire three-terminal Josephson junctions
Mohit Gupta, Vipin Khade, Colin Riggert +7
Josephson junctions are typically characterized by a single phase difference across two superconductors. This conventional two-terminal Josephson junction can be generalized to a m…
Diffusive and Ballistic Transport in Ultra-thin InSb Nanowire Devices Using a Few-layer-Graphene-AlOx Gate
Lior Shani, Pim Lueb, Gavin Menning +11
Quantum devices based on InSb nanowires (NWs) are a prime candidate system for realizing and exploring topologically-protected quantum states and for electrically-controlled spin-b…
Competing Uniaxial Anisotropies in Epitaxial Fe Thin Films Grown on InAs(001)
James M. Etheridge, Joseph Dill, Connor P. Dempsey +6
We report on the interplay of two uniaxial magnetic anisotropies in epitaxial Fe thin films of varying thickness grown on InAs(001) as observed in ferromagnetic resonance experimen…
Zero-bias conductance peaks at zero applied magnetic field due to stray fields from integrated micromagnets in hybrid nanowire quantum dots
Y. Jiang, M. Gupta, C. Riggert +7
Many recipes for realizing topological superconductivity rely on broken time-reversal symmetry, which is often attained by applying a substantial external magnetic field. Alternati…
