Head Avatars with Dynamic Explicit Hair
Vanessa Sklyarova, Haonan Chen, Berna Kabadayi +8
We present DynHair, a novel method for tracking and modeling dynamic hair for human head avatars. From video input, we reconstruct a dynamic head avatar with an explicit strand-bas…
BA-T: An Iterative Transformer for Two-View Bundle Adjustment
Ganlin Zhang, Weirong Chen, Daniel Cremers +1
Feed-forward models for 3D reconstruction have achieved strong performance using deep cross-view attention to exchange information across images. However, these approaches often de…
ViSTA-SLAM: Visual SLAM with Symmetric Two-view Association
Ganlin Zhang, Shenhan Qian, Xi Wang +1
We present ViSTA-SLAM as a real-time monocular visual SLAM system that operates without requiring camera intrinsics, making it broadly applicable across diverse camera setups. At i…
WANDR: Intention-guided Human Motion Generation
Markos Diomataris, Nikos Athanasiou, Omid Taheri +3
Synthesizing natural human motions that enable a 3D human avatar to walk and reach for arbitrary goals in 3D space remains an unsolved problem with many applications. Existing meth…
RHOBIN Challenge: Reconstruction of Human Object Interaction
Xianghui Xie, Xi Wang, Nikos Athanasiou +17
Modeling the interaction between humans and objects has been an emerging research direction in recent years. Capturing human-object interaction is however a very challenging task d…
