PhGS: Post-Hoc Pruning and Refinement of Single-View Feed-Forward 3D Gaussian Reconstructions
Rinto Yagawa, Han Cheng, Dieter Schmalstieg +2
Recent single-view feed-forward 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) generation predicts a fixed number of Gaussians per camera ray, introducing severe spatial redundancy. Most existing co…
SnapPhysics: A Physics-Aware Scene Graph from a Single View for Interactive Mixed Reality Scenes
Suji Kang, Seok-Young Kim, Young Bin Kim +4
We propose SnapPhysics, a training-free framework that reconstructs 3D objects and estimates their physical properties such as mass, friction, and center of gravity from a single i…
3D-GIMP: When 3D Gaussian Inpainting Meets PatchMatch
Xuening Tian, Dieter Schmalstieg, Shohei Mori
Recent advances in 3D scene editing have leveraged iterative diffusion models to update input views. However, this process is computationally expensive and struggles to produce sha…
Think While You Map: Asynchronous Vision-Language Agents for Incremental 3D Scene Graphs
Deniz Bickici, Michael Pabst, Shohei Mori +1
Open-vocabulary 3D scene graph methods typically operate in two stages: first reconstruct, then enrich with vision-language models, leaving the graph unqueryable during exploration…
