GPS-Gaussian+: Generalizable Pixel-wise 3D Gaussian Splatting for Real-Time Human-Scene Rendering from Sparse Views
Boyao Zhou, Shunyuan Zheng, Hanzhang Tu +5
Differentiable rendering techniques have recently shown promising results for free-viewpoint video synthesis of characters. However, such methods, either Gaussian Splatting or neur…
Tele-Aloha: A Low-budget and High-authenticity Telepresence System Using Sparse RGB Cameras
Hanzhang Tu, Ruizhi Shao, Xue Dong +9
In this paper, we present a low-budget and high-authenticity bidirectional telepresence system, Tele-Aloha, targeting peer-to-peer communication scenarios. Compared to previous sys…
Fast and Globally Consistent Normal Orientation based on the Winding Number Normal Consistency
Siyou Lin, Zuoqiang Shi, Yebin Liu
Estimating consistently oriented normals for point clouds enables a number of important applications in computer graphics. While local normal estimation is possible with simple tec…
Real-time High-resolution View Synthesis of Complex Scenes with Explicit 3D Visibility Reasoning
Tiansong Zhou, Yebin Liu, Xuangeng Chu +4
Rendering photo-realistic novel-view images of complex scenes has been a long-standing challenge in computer graphics. In recent years, great research progress has been made on enh…
