qSIEVE: Efficient qLDPC Memory via Systolic Movement in Atom Arrays
Joshua Viszlai, Willers Yang, Sophia Fuhui Lin +4
As quantum machines have scaled up in their number of qubits, significant research has turned towards increasing their fidelity with quantum error correction codes. Although promis…
An Architecture for Improved Surface Code Connectivity in Neutral Atoms
Joshua Viszlai, Sophia Fuhui Lin, Siddharth Dangwal +2
In order to achieve error rates necessary for advantageous quantum algorithms, Quantum Error Correction (QEC) will need to be employed, improving logical qubit fidelity beyond what…
Microarchitectures for Heterogeneous Superconducting Quantum Computers
Samuel Stein, Sara Sussman, Teague Tomesh +12
Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum Computing (NISQ) has dominated headlines in recent years, with the longer-term vision of Fault-Tolerant Quantum Computation (FTQC) offering signifi…
Codesign of quantum error-correcting codes and modular chiplets in the presence of defects
Sophia Fuhui Lin, Joshua Viszlai, Kaitlin N. Smith +4
Fabrication errors pose a significant challenge in scaling up solid-state quantum devices to the sizes required for fault-tolerant (FT) quantum applications. To mitigate the resour…
