MIGHTEE-HI: The HI mass-stellar mass relation over the last billion years
Hengxing Pan, Matt J. Jarvis, Mario G. Santos +19
We study the relation over the last billion years using the MIGHTEE-HI sample. We first model the upper envelope of the relation with…
MIGHTEE-HI: Evolution of HI scaling relations of star-forming galaxies at
Francesco Sinigaglia, Giulia Rodighiero, Ed Elson +33
We present the first measurements of HI galaxy scaling relations from a blind survey at . We perform spectral stacking of 9023 spectra of star-forming galaxies undetected i…
MIGHTEE-HI: The relation between the HI gas in galaxies and the cosmic web
Madalina N. Tudorache, M. J. Jarvis, I. Heywood +11
We study the 3D axis of rotation (3D spin) of 77 HI galaxies from the MIGHTEE-HI Early Science observations, and its relation to the filaments of the cosmic web. For this HI-select…
MIGHTEE-HI: the HI Size-Mass relation over the last billion years
Sambatriniaina H. A. Rajohnson, Bradley S. Frank, Anastasia A. Ponomareva +15
We present the observed HI size-mass relation of galaxies from the MIGHTEE Survey Early Science data. The high sensitivity of MeerKAT allows us to detect galaxies spanning mo…
