Long-distance spin transport in frustrated hyperkagome magnet Gd3Ga5O12
Di Chen, Bingcheng Luo, Lei Xu +17
Transport of spin angular momentum over large distance has been a long sought-after goal in the field of spintronics. While the majority of the research effort has been devoted to…
Crossover behavior in the magnetoresistance of thin flakes of the topological material ZrTe5
Zhijian Xie, Xinjian Wei, Xiaobin Qiang +9
ZrTe5 is a layered material that exhibits intricate topological effects. Intensive theoretically and experimental efforts have been devoted to try to understand the physics in this…
Electrically Switchable van der Waals Magnon Valves
Guangyi Chen, Shaomian Qi, Jianqiao Liu +14
Van der Waals magnets have emerged as a fertile ground for the exploration of highly tunable spin physics and spin-related technology. Two-dimensional (2D) magnons in van der Waals…
Electron-electron interactions and weak anti-localization in few-layer ZrTe5 devices
Zhijian Xie, Xinjian Wei, Shimin Cao +5
Much effort has been devoted to the electronic properties of relatively thick ZrTe5 crystals, focusing on their three-dimensional topological effects. Thin ZrTe5 crystals, on the o…
