Device-Conditioned Neural Architecture Search for Efficient Robotic Manipulation
Yiming Wu, Huan Wang, Zhenghao Chen +2
The growing complexity of visuomotor policies poses significant challenges for deployment with heterogeneous robotic hardware constraints. However, most existing model-efficient ap…
ChamNet: Towards Efficient Network Design through Platform-Aware Model Adaptation
Xiaoliang Dai, Peizhao Zhang, Bichen Wu +10
This paper proposes an efficient neural network (NN) architecture design methodology called Chameleon that honors given resource constraints. Instead of developing new building blo…
FBNet: Hardware-Aware Efficient ConvNet Design via Differentiable Neural Architecture Search
Bichen Wu, Xiaoliang Dai, Peizhao Zhang +7
Designing accurate and efficient ConvNets for mobile devices is challenging because the design space is combinatorially large. Due to this, previous neural architecture search (NAS…
Deep Learning Inference in Facebook Data Centers: Characterization, Performance Optimizations and Hardware Implications
Jongsoo Park, Maxim Naumov, Protonu Basu +25
The application of deep learning techniques resulted in remarkable improvement of machine learning models. In this paper provides detailed characterizations of deep learning models…
