Adaptive Super-Twisting Controller Design for Accurate Trajectory Tracking Performance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
D. M. K. K. Venkateswara Rao, Hamed Habibi, Jose Luis Sanchez-Lopez +3
In this paper, an adaptive super-twisting controller is designed for an agile maneuvering quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle to achieve accurate trajectory tracking in the presence…
On the Behaviour of Under-tuned Super-Twisting Sliding Mode Control Loops
Dimitrios Papageorgiou, Christopher Edwards
This paper investigates the stability properties and performance of super-twisting sliding-mode control loops subject to periodic perturbations. Although there exist conditions on…
Secure State Estimation and Attack Reconstruction in Cyber-Physical Systems: Sliding Mode Observer Approach
Shamila Nateghi, Yuri Shtessel, Christopher Edwards +1
A cyber-physical system (CPS) is a tight coupling of computational resources, network communication, and physical processes. They are composed of a set of networked components, inc…
On the Control Effort in Output Feedback Sliding Mode Control of Sampled-Data Systems
Thang Nguyen, Christopher Edwards, Vahid Azimi +1
In this paper, the problem of output feedback sliding mode control of linear sampled-data multi-input multi-output systems is considered. Existing sliding mode control schemes can…
