Abstract
In higher-curvature inflation models (), we study a parametric preheating of a scalar field coupled non-minimally to a spacetime curvature (). In the case of -inflation model, efficient preheating becomes possible for rather small values of , i.e. \sqrt{< χ^2 >}_{max} \approx 2 \times10^{17}ξ\approx -4χR^4\sqrt{< χ^2 >}_{max} \approx 8 \times 10^{16}ξ\approx -35$.
