Abstract
In this proceedings contribution we summarize and discuss results of Refs. \cite{Grumiller:2013swa, Grumiller:2015vaa} in the light of recent developments in holography \cite{Maldacena:2016upp, Jensen:2016pah, Engelsoy:2016xyb}.
