Crystalline conductance and absolutely continuous spectrum of 1D samples

Abstract
We characterize the absolutely continuous spectrum of half-line one-dimensional Schrödinger operators in terms of the limiting behavior of the Crystaline Landauer-Büttiker conductance of the associated finite samples.
