Abstract
We study the -ray luminosity and beaming effect for Fermi blazars. Our results are as follows. (i) There are significant correlations between -ray luminosity and radio core luminosity, and between -ray luminosity and , which suggests that the -ray emissions have strong beaming effect. (ii) Using the as an indicator of environment effects, we find that there have no significant correlation between -ray luminosity and for all sources when remove the effect of redshift. FSRQs considered alone also do not show a significant correlation, while BL Lacs still show a significant correlation when remove the effect of redshift. These results suggest that the -ray emission may be affected by environment on the kiloparsec-scale for BL Lacs.
