Sensitive label-free and compact ultrasonic sensor based on double silicon-on-insulator slot micro-ring resonators
Cheng Mei Zhang, Chao Ying Zhao
We propose a new label-free ultrasonic sensor, which comprises a slot wave-guide and double silicon-on-insulator (SOI) slot micro-ring resonators. The all-optical sensors do not su…

Numerical analysis of effective refractive index ultrasonic sensor based on Cantilever arm structure slot-based dual-micro-ring resonator
C. Y. Zhao, P. Y. Li, C. M. Zhang
We propose a novel ultrasonic sensor structure composed of Cantilever arm structure slot dual-micro-ring resonators(DMRR).We present a theoretical analysis of transmission by using…

Numerical analysis of effective refractive index bio-sensor based on graphene-embedded slot-based dual-micro-ring resonator
C. Y. Zhao, P. Y. Chen, P. Y. Li +1
We propose a novel bio-sensor structure composed of slot dual-micro-ring resonators and mono-layer graphene.Based on the electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT)-like phenome…
