Multi-feature driven active contour segmentation model for infrared image with intensity inhomogeneity
Qinyan Huang, Weiwen Zhou, Minjie Wan +3
Infrared (IR) image segmentation is essential in many urban defence applications, such as pedestrian surveillance, vehicle counting, security monitoring, etc. Active contour model…
Infrared target tracking based on proximal robust principal component analysis method
Chao Ma, Guohua Gu, Xin Miao +4
Infrared target tracking plays an important role in both civil and military fields. The main challenges in designing a robust and high-precision tracker for infrared sequences incl…
Thermal Infrared Colorization via Conditional Generative Adversarial Network
Xiaodong Kuang, Xiubao Sui, Chengwei Liu +3
Transforming a thermal infrared image into a realistic RGB image is a challenging task. In this paper we propose a deep learning method to bridge this gap. We propose learning the…
Adaptive compressed 3D imaging based on wavelet trees and Hadamard multiplexing with a single photon counting detector
Huidong Dai, Weiji He, Guohua Gu +3
Photon counting 3D imaging allows to obtain 3D images with single-photon sensitivity and sub-ns temporal resolution. However, it is challenging to scale to high spatial resolution.…
