Unveil A Peculiar Light Curve Pattern of Magnetar Burst with GECAM observations of SGR J1935+2154
Yue Wang, Chen-Wei Wang, Shaolin Xiong +28
Magnetar X-ray Burst (MXB) is usually composed of a single pulse or multiple pulses with rapid rise and brief duration mostly observed in hard X-ray (soft gamma-ray) band. Previous…
Physics of Strong Magnetism with eXTP
Mingyu Ge, Long Ji, Roberto Taverna +47
In this paper we present the science potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry (eXTP) mission, in its new configuration, for studies of strongly magnetized compact obj…
The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission -- eXTP for launch in 2030
Shuang-Nan Zhang, Andrea Santangelo, Yupeng Xu +155
In this paper we present the current status of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission, which has been fully approved for launch in 2030. eXTP is a space science mission…
GECAM Discovery of Peculiar Oscillating Particle Precipitation Events
Chenwei Wang, Shaolin Xiong, Yi Zhao +52
Charged particle precipitation typically manifests as a gradual increase and decrease of flux observed by space detectors. Cases with rapidly flux variation are very rare. Periodic…
