CMOS Monolithic Pixel Sensors based on the Column-Drain Architecture for the HL-LHC Upgrade
K. Moustakas, M. Barbero, I. Berdalovic +20
Depleted Monolithic Active Pixel Sensors (DMAPS) constitute a promising low cost alternative for the outer layers of the ATLAS experiment Inner Tracker (ITk). Realizations in moder…
Characterization of a depleted monolithic pixel sensors in 150 nm CMOS technology for the ATLAS Inner Tracker upgrade
F. J. Iguaz, F. Balli, M. Barbero +19
This work presents a depleted monolithic active pixel sensor (DMAPS) prototype manufactured in the LFoundry 150\,nm CMOS process. DMAPS exploit high voltage and/or high resistivity…
Depleted Fully Monolithic Active CMOS Pixel Sensors (DMAPS) in High Resistivity 150~nm Technology for LHC
Toko Hirono, Marlon Barbero, Pierre Barrillon +16
Depleted monolithic CMOS active pixel sensors (DMAPS) have been developed in order to demonstrate their suitability as pixel detectors in the outer layers of a toroidal LHC apparat…
Production and Integration of the ATLAS Insertable B-Layer
B. Abbott, J. Albert, F. Alberti +373
During the shutdown of the CERN Large Hadron Collider in 2013-2014, an additional pixel layer was installed between the existing Pixel detector of the ATLAS experiment and a new, s…
