Polariton condensation in - and -flatbands in a two-dimensional Lieb lattice
Sebastian Klembt, Tristan H. Harder, Oleg A. Egorov +6
We study the condensation of exciton-polaritons in a two-dimensional Lieb lattice of micropillars. We show selective polariton condensation into the flatbands formed by S and P$_{x…
Observation of macroscopic valley-polarized monolayer exciton-polaritons at room temperature
N. Lundt, S. Stoll, P. Nagler +10
In this letter, we address the chiral properties of valley exciton-polaritons in a monolayer of WS2 in the regime of strong light-matter coupling with a Tamm-Plasmon resonance. We…
Valley polarized relaxation and upconversion luminescence from Tamm-Plasmon Trion-Polaritons with a MoSe2 monolayer
N. Lundt, P. Nagler, A. Nalitov +11
Transition metal dichalcogenides represent an ideal testbed to study excitonic effects, spin-related phenomena and fundamental light-matter coupling in nanoscopic condensed matter…
Prototype of a bistable polariton field-effect transistor switch
Holger Suchomel, Sebastian Brodbeck, Timothy. C. H. Liew +6
Microcavity exciton polaritons are promising candidates to build a new generation of highly nonlinear and integrated optoelectronic devices. Such devices range from novel coherent…
