On the existence of short trajectories of quadratic differentials related to generalized Jacobi polynomials with non real varying parameters
Mondher Chouikhi, Faouzi Thabet
The study of the asymptotic distributions of zeros of generalized Jacobi polynomials with non real varying parameters, leads with quadratic differentials. In fact, the support of t…
On the existence of finite critical trajectories in a family of quadratic differentials
Faouzi Thabet
In this note, we discuss the possible existence of finite critical trajectories connecting two zeros a(t) and b(t) of a family of quadratic differentials satisfying some properties…
Quadratic differentials A(z-a)(z-b)dz^2/(z-c)^2 and algebraic Cauchy transform
Mohamed Jalel Atia, Faouzi Thabet
In this paper, we discuss the representability almost everywhere (a.e.) in the plane of an irreducible algebraic function as the Cauchy transform of a signed measure supported on a…
Trajectories of quadratic differentials for Jacobi polynomials with complex parameters
A. Martinez-Finkelshtein, P. Martinez-Gonzalez, F. Thabet
Motivated by the study of the asymptotic behavior of Jacobi polynomials with and we establish the global structure of tr…
