We construct a $I^º -$ complete ultrafilter $W$ over $I^º$ such that $\neg$ Gal $(I^º, W, I^º^{+})$ and Gal $(I^º, W, I^º^{++})$ . This answers a question of T. Benhamou and G. Goldberg.
