Calorimeter development for the SuperNEMO double beta decay experiment
A. S. Barabash, A. Basharina-Freshville, S. Blot +95
SuperNEMO is a double- decay experiment, which will employ the successful tracker-calorimeter technique used in the recently completed NEMO-3 experiment. SuperNEMO will implemen…
Search for neutrinoless quadruple- decay of Nd with the NEMO-3 detector
R. Arnold, C. Augier, A. S. Barabash +96
We report the results of a first experimental search for lepton number violation by four units in the neutrinoless quadruple- decay of Nd using a total exposure of $0.19…
A novel segmented-scintillator antineutrino detector
Y. Abreu, Y. Amhis, L. Arnold +53
The next generation of very-short-baseline reactor experiments will require compact detectors operating at surface level and close to a nuclear reactor. This paper presents a new d…
The BiPo-3 detector for the measurement of ultra low natural radioactivities of thin materials
A. S. Barabash, A. Basharina-Freshville, E. Birdsall +93
The BiPo-3 detector, running in the Canfranc Underground Laboratory (Laboratorio Subterráneo de Canfranc, LSC, Spain) since 2013, is a low-radioactivity detector dedicated to measu…
