Cryptanalyzing a discrete-time chaos synchronization secure communication system
Gonzalo Alvarez, Fausto Montoya, Miguel Romera +1
This paper describes the security weakness of a recently proposed secure communication method based on discrete-time chaos synchronization. We show that the security is compromised…
Cryptanalysis of dynamic look-up table based chaotic cryptosystems
G. Alvarez, F. Montoya, M. Romera +1
In recent years many chaotic cryptosystems based on Baptista's seminal work have been proposed. We analyze the security of two of the newest and most interesting ones, which use a…
Breaking parameter modulated chaotic secure communication system
G. Alvarez, F. Montoya, M. Romera +1
This paper describes the security weakness of a recently proposed secure communication method based on parameter modulation of a chaotic system and adaptive observer-based synchron…
Breaking a secure communication scheme based on the phase synchronization of chaotic systems
G. Alvarez, F. Montoya, G. Pastor +1
A security analysis of a recently proposed secure communication scheme based on the phase synchronization of chaotic systems is presented. It is shown that the system parameters di…
