Decadal evolution of a repeating fast radio burst source
P. Wang, J. S. Zhang, Y. P. Yang +48
The origin of fast radio bursts (FRBs), the brightest cosmic radio explosions, is still unknown. Bearing critical clues to FRBs' origin, the long-term evolution of FRBs has yet to…
FAST observations of an extremely active episode of FRB 20201124A: I. Burst morphology
D. J. Zhou, J. L. Han, B. Zhang +16
We report the properties of more than 600 bursts (including cluster-bursts) detected from the repeating fast radio burst (FRB) source FRB 20201124A with the Five-hundred-meter Aper…
A fast radio burst source at a complex magnetised site in a barred galaxy
H. Xu, J. R. Niu, P. Chen +71
Fast radio bursts (FRBs) are highly dispersed millisecond-duration radio bursts. Recent observations of a Galactic FRB suggest that at least some FRBs originate from magnetars, but…
CRAFTS for Fast Radio Bursts Extending the dispersion-fluence relation with new FRBs detected by FAST
Chen-Hui Niu, Di Li, Rui Luo +21
We report three new FRBs discovered by the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST), namely FRB 181017.J0036+11, FRB 181118 and FRB 181130, through the Commensa…
