Height fluctuations of stationary TASEP on a ring in relaxation time scale
Zhipeng Liu
We consider the totally asymmetric simple exclusion process on a ring with stationary initial conditions. The crossover between KPZ dynamics and equilibrium dynamics occurs when ti…
Exact Sampling of the Infinite Horizon Maximum of a Random Walk Over a Non-linear Boundary
Jose Blanchet, Jing Dong, Zhipeng Liu
We present the first algorithm that samples where is a mean zero random walk, and with defines a nonliner boundary. We show…
On Optimal Exact Simulation of Max-Stable and Related Random Fields
Zhipeng Liu, Jose H. Blanchet, A. B. Dieker +1
We consider the random field M(t)=\sup_{n\geq 1}\big\{-\log A_{n}+X_{n}(t)\big\}\,,\qquad t\in T\, for a set , where is an iid sequence of center…
TASEP on a ring in sub-relaxation time scale
Jinho Baik, Zhipeng Liu
Interacting particle systems in the KPZ universality class on a ring of size with number of particles are expected to change from KPZ dynamics to equilibrium dynamics at…
Fluctuations of TASEP on a ring in relaxation time scale
Jinho Baik, Zhipeng Liu
We consider the totally asymmetric simple exclusion process on a ring with flat and step initial conditions. We assume that the size of the ring and the number of particles tend to…
