diffstrata -- a Sage package for calculations in the tautological ring of the moduli space of Abelian differentials
Matteo Costantini, Martin Möller, Jonathan Zachhuber
The boundary of the multi-scale differential compactification of strata of abelian differentials admits an explicit combinatorial description. However, even for low-dimensional str…
The Chern classes and the Euler characteristic of the moduli spaces of abelian differentials
Matteo Costantini, Martin Möller, Jonathan Zachhuber
For the moduli spaces of Abelian differentials, the Euler characteristic is one of the most basic intrinsic topological invariants. We give a formula for the Euler characteristic t…
Periodic points on Veech surfaces and the Mordell-Weil group over a Teichmueller curve
Martin Moeller
Periodic points are points on Veech surfaces, whose orbit under the group of affine diffeomorphisms is finite. We characterise those points as being torsion points if the Veech sur…
Maximally irregularly fibred surfaces of general type
Martin Moeller
We generalise a method of Xiao Gang to construct 'prototypes' of fibred surfaces with maximal irregularity without being a product. This enables us, in the case of fibre genus g=3…
