Eight new, triply eclipsing triple star systems
T. Borkovits, S. A. Rappaport, G. Torres +19
We have identified numerous triply eclipsing hierarchical triple star systems from observations made with the space telescope TESS. For many of these systems we can potentially det…
Kepler Image-Subtracted Light Curves and Variable Star Catalog of NGC 6819
Melinda Soares-Furtado, Rianna Kuenzi, Rachel Lee McClure +11
Variable stars in open clusters are valuable probes of stellar evolution. They provide precise measurements of stellar properties, constrain cluster ages and distances, and trace t…
A Cool Earth-sized Planet Candidate Transiting a Tenth Magnitude K-dwarf From K2
Alexander Venner, Andrew Vanderburg, Chelsea X. Huang +7
The transit method is currently one of our best means for the detection of potentially habitable "Earth-like" exoplanets. In principle, given sufficiently high photometric precisio…
TOI-6692b: An eccentric 130 day period giant planet with a single transit from TESS
Allyson Bieryla, Karen A. Collins, George Zhou +46
We report the discovery and characterization of TOI-6692 b, an eccentric (e~0.54) Jupiter on a 130-day orbit. TOI-6692 b was first detected as a community TESS Object of Interest (…
