Joint Power Allocation and Beamforming for Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) in 5G Millimeter-Wave Communications
Zhenyu Xiao, Lipeng Zhu, Jinho Choi +2
In this paper we explore non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) in millimeter-wave (mmWave) communications (mmWave-NOMA). In particular, we consider a typical problem, i.e., maximiz…

Full-Duplex Millimeter-Wave Communication
Zhenyu Xiao, Pengfei Xia, Xiang-Gen Xia
The potential of doubling the spectrum efficiency of full-duplex (FD) transmission motivates us to investigate FD millimeter-wave (FD-mmWave) communication. To realize FD transmiss…

Millimeter-Wave Communication with Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access for 5G
Zhenyu Xiao, Linglong Dai, Zhiguo Ding +2
To further improve the system capacity for 5G, we explore the integration of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) in mmWave communications (mmWave-NOMA) for future 5G systems. Com…
