Near K-Edge Photoionization and Photoabsorption of Singly, Doubly, and Triply Charged Silicon Ions
S. Schippers, S. Stock, T. Buhr +5
Experimental and theoretical results are presented for double, triple, and quadruple photoionization of Si and Si ions and for double photoionization of Si ions b…
Multiple photodetachment of carbon anions via single and double core-hole creation
A. Perry-Sassmannshausen, T. Buhr, A. Borovik +8
We report on new measurements of m-fold photodetachment (m=2-5) of carbon anions via K-shell excitation and ionization. The experiments were carried out employing the photon-ion me…
Near L-edge photoionization of triply charged iron ions
Randolf Beerwerth, Ticia Buhr, Alexander Perry-Saßmannshausen +12
Relative cross sections for -fold photoionization () of Fe by single photon absorption were measured employing the photon-ion merged-beams setup PIPE at the…
Compton scattering of twisted light: angular distribution and polarization of scattered photons
S. Stock, A. Surzhykov, S. Fritzsche +1
Compton scattering of twisted photons is investigated within a non-relativistic framework using first-order perturbation theory. We formulate the problem in the density matrix theo…
