WASP-52b, WASP-58b, WASP-59b, and WASP-60b: four new transiting close-in giant planets
G. Hebrard, A. Collier Cameron, D. J. A. Brown +30
We present the discovery of four new transiting hot jupiters, detected mainly from SuperWASP-North and SOPHIE observations. These new planets, WASP-52b, WASP-58b, WASP-59b, and WAS…
WASP-54b, WASP-56b and WASP-57b: Three new sub-Jupiter mass planets from SuperWASP
F. Faedi, D. Pollacco, S. C. C. Barros +38
We present three newly discovered sub-Jupiter mass planets from the SuperWASP survey: WASP-54b is a heavily bloated planet of mass 0.636 \mj and radius 1.653$^{…
A transiting companion to the eclipsing binary KIC002856960
D. Armstrong, D. Pollacco, C. A. Watson +7
We present an early result from an automated search of Kepler eclipsing binary systems for circumbinary companions. An intriguing tertiary signal has been discovered in the short p…
A hot Uranus transiting the nearby M dwarf GJ3470. Detected with HARPS velocimetry. Captured in transit with TRAPPIST photometry
X. Bonfils, M. Gillon, S. Udry +15
We report on the discovery of GJ3470b, a transiting hot Uranus of mass m_p = 14.0+-1.8 Mearth, radius R_p = 4.2+-0.6 Rearth and period P=3.3371+-0.0002 day. Its host star is a near…
