Flare Activity and Magnetic Feature Analysis of the Flare Stars II: Sub-Giant Branch
Hadis Goodarzi, Ahmad Mehrabi, Habib G. Khosroshahi +1
We present an investigation of the magnetic activity and flare characteristics of the sub-giant stars mostly from F and G spectral types and compare the results with the main-seque…
Flare Activity and Magnetic Feature Analysis of the Flare Stars
Hadis Goodarzi, Ahmad Mehrabi, Habib khosroshahi +1
We analyze the light curve of 1740 flare stars to study the relationship between the magnetic feature characteristics and the identified flare activity. Coverage and stability of m…
Proper Motions of Sunspots' Umbral Dots at High Temporal and Spatial Resolution
Hadis Goodarzi, Serge Koutchmy, Ali Adjabshirizadeh
To deepen the analysis of the photometric properties of the umbra of a sunspot, we study proper motions of small features such as umbral dots (UDs) inside a single sunspot observed…
Improved SOT (Hinode mission) high resolution solar imaging observations
Hadis Goodarzi, Serge Koutchmy, Ali Adjabshirizadeh
We consider the best today available observations of the Sun free of turbulent Earth atmospheric effects, taken with the Solar Optical Telescope (SOT) onboard the Hinode spacecraft…
