Miura Opers and Critical Points of Master Functions

Evgeny Mukhin, Alexander Varchenko

Critical points of a master function associated to a simple Lie algebra \g come in families called the populations [MV1]. We prove that a population is isomorphic to the flag varie…

Hypergeometric theta functions and elliptic Macdonald polynomials

Giovanni Felder, Alexander Varchenko

Elliptic Macdonald polynomials of sl(2)-type and level 2 are introduced. Suitable limits of elliptic Macdonald polynomials are the standard Macdonald polynomials and conformal bloc…

Identities between q-hypergeometric and hypergeometric integrals of different dimensions

V. Tarasov, A. Varchenko

Given complex numbers $m_{1}, l_{1}$ and nonnegative integers $m_{2}, l_{2}$ , such that $m_{1} + m_{2} = l_{1} + l_{2}$ , for any $a, b = 0, ..., min (m_{2}, l_{2})$ we define an $l_{2}$ -dimensional Barnes type q-hy…

The orthogonality and qKZB-heat equation for traces of U_q(g)-intertwiners

Pavel Etingof, Alexander Varchenko

In our previous paper math.QA/9907181, to every finite dimensional representation V of the quantum group U_q(g), we attached the trace function F^V(λ,μ), with values in End V[0], o…
