Stability of an abstract-wave equation with delay and a Kelvin-Voigt damping
Kais Ammari, Serge Nicaise, Cristina Pignotti
In this paper we consider a stabilization problem for the abstract-wave equation with delay. We prove an exponential stability result for appropriate damping coefficient. The proof…
On the asymptotic behavior of symmetric solutions of the Allen-Cahn equation in unbounded domains in
Giorgio Fusco, Francesco Leonetti, Cristina Pignotti
We consider a Dirichlet problem for the Allen-Cahn equation in a smooth, bounded or unbounded, domain Under suitable assumptions, we prove an existence result…
Exponential stability of abstract evolution equations with time delay
Serge Nicaise, Cristina Pignotti
We consider abstract semilinear evolution equations with a time delay feedback. We show that, if the -semigroup describing the linear part of the model is exponentially stable…
Exponential stability of the wave equation with memory and time delay
Fatiha Alabau-Boussouira, Serge Nicaise, Cristina Pignotti
We study the asymptotic behaviour of the wave equation with viscoelastic damping in presence of a time-delayed damping. We prove exponential stability if the amplitude of the time…
