Tensor products of level zero representations
Vyjayanthi Chari
We define an action of the braid group (associated with a simple Lie algebra) on the space of -tuples of power series in an indeterminate u, with constant term zero. Using this,…
Symmetric Functions and Representations of Quantum Affine Algebras
Vyjayanthi Chari, Michael Kleber
We study connections between the ring of symmetric functions and the characters of irreducible finite-dimensional representations of quantum affine algebras. We study two families…
Integrable and Weyl modules for quantum affine sl_2
Vyjayanthi Chari, Andrew Pressley
We study the universal integrable modules W_q(m) of level zero for quantum affine sl_2 and a family of maximal finite--dimensional quotients of these modules. We show that these al…
On the fermionc formula and the Kirillov-Reshetikhin conjecture
Vyjayanthi Chari
The fermionic formula conjectured by Kirillov and Reshetikhin describes the decomposition (as a module for ) of a tensor product of multiples of of fundamental repres…
Weyl Modules for Classical and Quantum Affine algebras
Vyjayanthi Chari, Andrew Pressley
We define a family of universal finite-dimensional highest weight modules for affine Lie algebras, we call these Weyl modules. We conjecture that these are the classical limits of…
