Robust manipulation of electron spin coherence in an ensemble of singly charged quantum dots
A. Greilich, M. Wiemann, F. G. G. Hernandez +7
Using the recently reported mode locking effect we demonstrate a highly robust control of electron spin coherence in an ensemble of (In,Ga)As quantum dots during the single spin co…
Universal behavior of the electron g-factor in GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells
I. A. Yugova, A. Greilich, D. R. Yakovlev +6
The Zeeman splitting and the underlying value of the g-factor for conduction band electrons in GaAs/Al_xGa_{1-x}As quantum wells have been measured by spin-beat spectroscopy based…
Optical control of spin coherence in singly charged (In,Ga)As/GaAs quantum dots
A. Greilich, R. Oulton, E. A. Zhukov +9
Electron spin coherence has been generated optically in n-type modulation doped (In,Ga)As/GaAs quantum dots (QDs) which contain on average a single electron per dot. The coherence…
Tailored quantum dots for entangled photon pair creation
A. Greilich, M. Schwab, T. Berstermann +7
We compare the asymmetry-induced exchange splitting delta_1 of the bright-exciton ground-state doublet in self-assembled (In,Ga)As/GaAs quantum dots, determined by Faraday rotation…
