On metrics defined by length spectra on Teichmuller spaces of surfaces with boundary

We prove that the length spectrum metric and the arc-length spectrum metric are almost-isometric on the ${\epsilon }_0$-relative part of Teichmuller spaces of surfaces with boundary.
