In-flight calibration and verification of the Planck-LFI instrument
Anna Gregorio, Francesco Cuttaia, Aniello Mennella +40
In this paper we discuss the Planck-LFI in-flight calibration campaign. After a brief overview of the ground test campaigns, we describe in detail the calibration and performance v…
Planck 2013 results. IX. HFI spectral response
Planck Collaboration, P. A. R. Ade, N. Aghanim +217
The Planck High Frequency Instrument (HFI) spectral response was determined through a series of ground based tests conducted with the HFI focal plane in a cryogenic environment pri…
Planck 2013 results. VII. HFI time response and beams
Planck Collaboration, P. A. R. Ade, N. Aghanim +220
This paper characterizes the effective beams, the effective beam window functions and the associated errors for the Planck HFI detectors. The effective beam is the angular response…
Planck 2013 results. V. LFI calibration
Planck Collaboration, N. Aghanim, C. Armitage-Caplan +217
We discuss the methods employed to photometrically calibrate the data acquired by the Low Frequency Instrument on Planck. Our calibration is based on a combination of the Orbital D…
