Analysis of satellite-to-ground quantum key distribution with adaptive optics
Valentina Marulanda Acosta, Daniele Dequal, Matteo Schiavon +4
Future quantum communication infrastructures will rely on both terrestrial and space-based links integrating high-performance optical systems engineered for this purpose. In space-…
Quantum Physics in Space
Alessio Belenchia, Matteo Carlesso, Ömer Bayraktar +17
Advances in quantum technologies are giving rise to a revolution in the way fundamental physics questions are explored at the empirical level. At the same time, they are the seeds…
Versatile and concurrent FPGA-based architecture for practical quantum communication systems
Andrea Stanco, Francesco B. L. Santagiustina, Luca Calderaro +5
This work presents a hardware and software architecture which can be used in those systems that implement practical Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and Quantum Random Number Generat…
Advances in Space Quantum Communications
Jasminder S. Sidhu, Siddarth K. Joshi, Mustafa Gundogan +15
Concerted efforts are underway to establish an infrastructure for a global quantum internet to realise a spectrum of quantum technologies. This will enable more precise sensors, se…
