Precision Diboson Observables for the LHC
Christopher Frye, Marat Freytsis, Jakub Scholtz +1
Motivated by the restoration of at high energy, we suggest that certain ratios of diboson differential cross sections can be used as high-precision observables a…
Streamlining resummed QCD calculations using Monte Carlo integration
David Farhi, Ilya Feige, Marat Freytsis +1
Some of the most arduous and error-prone aspects of precision resummed calculations are related to the partonic hard process, having nothing to do with the resummation. In particul…
Flavor models for
Marat Freytsis, Zoltan Ligeti, Joshua T. Ruderman
The ratio of the measured decay rates for vs. deviate from the Standard Model (SM) by about . We show that the data are in tension…
QED Plasma and Magnetars
Marat Freytsis, Samuel E. Gralla
Magnetars are surrounded by diffuse plasma in magnetic field strengths well above the quantum electrodynamic critical value. We derive equations of "quantum force-free electrodynam…
Towards an Understanding of the Correlations in Jet Substructure
D. Adams, A. Arce, L. Asquith +83
Over the past decade, a large number of jet substructure observables have been proposed in the literature, and explored at the LHC experiments. Such observables attempt to utilize…
