Thermodynamic properties of an Aharonov-Bohm quantum ring
R. R. S Oliveira, A. A. Araujo Filho, F. C. E. Lima +2
In this paper, we investigate the thermodynamic properties of an Aharonov-Bohm (AB) quantum ring in a heat bath for both relativistic and non-relativistic cases. For accomplishing…
The relativistic Aharonov-Bohm-Coulomb system with position-dependent mass
R. R. S. Oliveira, A. A. Araujo Filho, R. V. maluf +1
In this work, we study the Aharonov-Bohm-Coulomb (ABC) system for a relativistic Dirac particle with position-dependent mass (PDM). To solve our system, we use the left-handed and…
Exact solutions of the Dirac oscillator under the influence of the Aharonov-Casher effect in the cosmic string background
R. R. S. Oliveira, R. V. Maluf, C. A. S. Almeida
In this work, we study the Aharonov-Casher effect in the -dimensional Dirac oscillator coupled to an external electromagnetic field. We set up our system in two different sc…
Bound state solutions of the Dirac oscillator in an Aharonov-Bohm-Coulomb system
R. R. S. Oliveira, R. V. Maluf, C. A. S. Almeida
In this work, we study of the (2+1)-dimensional Dirac oscillator in the presence of a homogeneous magnetic field in an Aharonov-Bohm-Coulomb system. To solve our system, we apply t…
