Optical Counterparts of MeerKLASS L-band and UHF-band surveys
M. Klein, S. Mangla, J. Mohr +7
Context: Wide-area radio continuum surveys require reliable optical and infrared counterpart identification, but high optical source densities and extended or multi-component radio…
Measurements of the HI intensity mapping power spectrum at low redshifts with MIGHTEE data: comparison with detected HI galaxies
Junaid Townsend, Mario G. Santos, Suman Chatterjee +6
Line intensity mapping provides a statistical approach to tracing the large-scale distribution of matter in the Universe. We apply the HI intensity mapping technique to interferome…
The MeerKLASS UHF On-the-Fly Continuum Survey -- Data Release I
Sourabh Paul, Keith Grainge, Mario G. Santos +9
We present the first public data release (DR1) from the interferometric component of the MeerKAT Large Area Synoptic Survey (MeerKLASS) UHF survey, a legacy program demonstrating a…
Determining the HI content of galaxies via intensity mapping cross-correlations
L. Wolz, C. Blake, J. S. B. Wyithe
We propose an innovative method for measuring the neutral hydrogen (HI) content of an optically-selected spectroscopic sample of galaxies through cross-correlation with HI intensit…
