ICI-Free Channel Estimation and Wireless Gesture Recognition Based on Cellular Signals
Rui Peng, Yafei Tian, Shengqian Han
Device-free wireless sensing attracts enormous attentions since it senses the environment without additional devices. While cellular signals are good opportunistic radio sources, t…
Quality-Aware Coding and Relaying for 60 GHz Real-Time Wireless Video Broadcasting
Joongheon Kim, Yafei Tian, Stefan Mangold +1
Wireless streaming of high-definition video is a promising application for 60 GHz links, since multi-Gigabit/s data rates are possible. In particular we consider a sports stadium b…
Joint Scalable Coding and Routing for 60 GHz Real-Time Live HD Video Streaming Applications
Joongheon Kim, Yafei Tian, Stefan Mangold +1
Transmission of high-definition (HD) video is a promising application for 60 GHz wireless links, since very high transmission rates (up to several Gbit/s) are possible. In particul…
Amplitude Space Sharing among the Macro-Cell and Small-Cell Users
Yafei Tian, Songtao Lu, Chenyang Yang
The crushing demand for wireless data services will soon exceed the capability of the current homogeneous cellular architecture. An emerging solution is to overlay small-cell netwo…
