Measurement of charged-particle multiplicity distributions and their H_q moments in hadronic Z decays at LEP
L3 Collaboration
The charged-particle multiplicity distribution is measured for all hadronic events as well as for light-quark and b-quark events produced in e+e- collisions at the Z pole. Moments…
Measurement of the Topological Branching Fractions of the tau lepton at LEP
L3 Collaboration
Using data collected with the L3 detector at LEP from 1992 to 1995 on the Z peak, we determine the branching fractions of the tau lepton into one, three and five charged particles…
Standard Model Higgs Boson with the L3 Experiment at LEP
L3 Collaboration
Final results of the search for the Standard Model Higgs boson are presented for the data collected by the L3 detector at LEP at centre-of-mass energies up to about 209 GeV. These…
Search for Heavy Neutral and Charged Leptons in e+ e- Annihilation at LEP
L3 Collaboration
A search for exotic unstable neutral and charged heavy leptons as well as for stable charged heavy leptons is performed with the L3 detector at LEP. Sequential, vector and mirror n…
Search for Heavy Isosinglet Neutrino in e+e- Annihilation at LEP
L3 Collaboration
We report on a search for the first generation heavy neutrino that is an isosinglet under the standard SU(2)_L gauge group. The data collected with the L3 detector at center-of-mas…
