We have successfully prepared the new layered oxypnictides $S{r}_{4}S{c}_2{O}_6{M}_{2}A{s}_2$ (M=Fe and Co). They adopt the tetragonal structure, being the same as that of $S{r}_{4}S{c}_2{O}_{6}F{e}_2{P}_2$.…
