On Timelike and Spacelike Developable Ruled Surfaces
Yusuf Yayli, Semra Saracoglu
In this study, we have obtained the distribution parameter of a ruled surface generated by a straight line in Frenet trihedron moving along a timelike curve and also along another…
Characterizations of Special Curves
Yusuf Yayli, Semra Saracoglu
In this study, the new characterizations of special curves are investigated without using the curvatures of these special curves: general helices, slant helices, Bertrand curves, M…
On Generalized Euler Spirals in E^3
Semra Saracoglu
The Cornu spirals on plane are the curves whose curvatures are linear. Generalized planar cornu spirals and Euler spirals in E^3, the curves whose curvatures are linear are defined…
Some Characterizations of Euler Spirals in E_1^{3}
Yusuf Yayli, Semra Saracoglu
In this study, some characterizations of Euler spirals in E_1^{3} have been presented by using their main property that their curvatures are linear. Moreover, discussing some prope…
Special Space Curves Characterized by det(α^{(3)}, α^{(4)},α^{(5)})=0
Yusuf Yayli, Semra Saracoglu
In this study, by using the facts that det(α^{(1)}, α^{(2)}, α^{(3)}) = 0 characterizes plane curve, and det(α^{(2)}, α^{(3)}, α^{(4)}) = 0 does a curve of constant slope, we give…
