Improved measurements of branching fractions for B -> K pi and B -> pi pi decays

S. -W. Lin, P. Chang

We report improved measurements of branching fractions for B -> K pi and B -> pi pi decays based on a data sample of 449 million B Bbar pairs collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance…

Observation of $B^{0} \to D^{+} D^{-}$ , $B^{-} \to D^{0} D^{-}$ and $B^{-} \to D^{0} D^{*-}$ decays

G. Majumder

We report the first observation of the decay modes $B^{0} \to D^{+} D^{-}$ , $B^{-} \to D^{0} D^{-}$ and $B^{-} \to D^{0} D^{*-}$ based on 152 $\times$ 10 $^{6}$ $B B ˉ$ events collected at KEKB. T…

Observation of B0bar --> D0 eta' and B0bar --> D*0 eta'

J. Schuemann

We report the observation of B0bar --> D0 eta' and the first observation of B0bar --> D*0 eta', using 140 fb-1 of data collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detecto…

Observation of B0->pi0pi0

Y. Chao

We report the first observation of the decay B0->pi0pi0, using a 253/fb data sample collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB e+e- collider. The me…

Measurement of |V_ub| using inclusive B -> X_u l nu decays with a novel X_u-reconstruction method

H. Kakuno

We report the measurement of an inclusive partial branching fraction for charmless semileptonic B decay and the extraction of |V_ub|. Candidates for B -> X_u l nu are identified wi…
